Rajan Sinha, Chief Executive Officer, Mantrana Consulting is a Professionally Certified Coach(from ICF) and Accredited team Coach member(ITCA) of EMCC. A former Head, Human Resources with many organizations like HMT, Escorts (including Escorts Heart Institute), Denso India,Hindustan Zinc Limited, etc., Rajan is an advisor, trainer and coach to many corporates and NGOs. For example, he is on Governing Council of Mobile Creches for the past several years. He has continued to saddle consulting and practitioner role. The last such gig role was as Head-HR, OCM Ltd. His penchant for diagnosis-based work, whether in training, consulting or coaching eventually led him to complete the certification of a large range of psychometric assessments like Hogan(advanced), Harrison, DISC, PDA, FIRO-B, SOSIE, Facet5, Belbin, EIQ, OPQ32R, Lumina, Strong, Mapstell, MBTI(Step 2) etc., probably the widest range of tests under one roof in India. This has added to an already  distinctive competence of Team Mantrana in being able to advise corporates in selection and development decisions.

His other major works have been in the area of design and implementation of KRA/ goal setting, performance assessment & management systems, policy making, HR audit, team building & audit, employee/industrial relations, climate surveys and manualization of HR systems in India and abroad.  

Rajan is also a part of the doctoral program of Academy of Human Resource Development, Ahmedabad, besides associations with Indian Institute of Business Psychology, Uexcelerate, etc.

Lila Andrea Chaudhuri

Lila Andrea Chaudhuri is the Director Personality Assessments & Coaching Practice with Professionally Certified Coach(PCC) from ICF. Lila has overseen executive search, compensation surveys, employee assessments etc. for about two decades, both in India as well as in other countries in Asian and African subcontinent. Lila-Chaudhuri-Director-Mantrana-ConsultingHer background in recruitments has enabled her to develop keen interest in assessing competencies and behavioural skills of individuals and organisation needs. She has been instrumental in helping organisations in defining job descriptions, competencies, as well as helping senior and top executives in developing their IDPs through coaching.

Currently she is involved in personality assessments for SMEs, large Indian corporates and MNCs for the purpose of their selection, training, employee development and coaching.Specifically, her deep skills of observation, listening into vulnerabilities and values, aspirations and anxieties, competences and concerns of individuals help her not only in career counselling and coaching, but also in finding an appropriate fit with organisational culture and values. Often, she has helped organizations redefine and finetune their needs.

Lila Is a graduate from Delhi University, has a master’s degree in commerce and also a masters diploma in personnel management from Symbiosis Institute of Management studies. Besides academic degrees, she has also acquired certification from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA as a recruitment analyst, PDA psychometric assessments from PDA International and Advanced Hogan Assessments certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc.

Her huge network of over 20,000 people including thousands of C-level executives, has an admiration for her eye for detailing, service orientation, and passion for her work. This is manifest in countless recommendations and endorsements

She is a perennial learner and is constantly pursuing her further study in cognitive behavioural therapy as well as coaching practice.


Dr. H N Arora

Dr. H N Arora is organization change specialist. He retired as Group Corporate Head HR & IR, Escorts Group after having held top positions in Bhilwara group, Reliance, Indian Rayon, etc. He has observed from a close range, the management philosophy of founder of Reliance Group, Late Sri Dhirubhai Ambani in action. Dr Arora has helped many MSMEs and large industrial conglomerates in successful change management efforts, including in seemingly hopeless situations.  Subsequently, he did his doctorate on change management and leadership under Dr T V Rao.

Even now, Dr Arora continues as an advisor/consultant to many organizations like Cera. He is a keen observer of human collective behaviour, and a strong believer and practitioner of value-based leadership.  He has also written a book on it.

Dr. Arora is the senior-most member of the Mantrana Board.

Dr. V P Singh Top human capital leader with over 4 decades of industry and academia experience and proven credentials for building process-driven, people-centric & customer-focused organizations. Has had outstanding record in diverse organizations including Vizag Steel Plant, Escorts JCB, Escorts Corporate, RJ Corp, Patanjali Group etc. Currently, Dr. Singh is Advisor, Dr. K N Modi University & Dr. KN Modi Foundation, besides being guest faculty in scores of premium management institutes including IIMs and universities. 

Dr. Singh is a Professionally Certified Executive & Life Coach(PCC) from ICF. He is the inspiration behind Mantrana endeavour, along with Dr. Anand Prakash & Yoganand (Raghu) Sinha, besides having mentored hundreds of HR professionals in the country.
