Rajan Sinha, Chief Executive Officer, Mantrana Consulting is a PCC-level certified Life and Leadership Coach from Coach-for-life, Inc., USA. A former Head, Human Resources with many organizations like HMT, Escorts (including Escorts Heart Institute), Denso India,Hindustan Zinc Limited, etc., Rajan is an advisor, trainer and coach to many corporates and NGOs. For example, he is a part of the Governing Council of Mobile Creches for the past several years. He has continued to saddle consulting and practitioner role, even after he left the job in 2004. Even till last year, he was concurrently, Head-HR, OCM. He has also facilitated hundreds of workshops and training programs in organizations in India, the Middle East and East Africa. However, most of these have been in-house.Focus on customization has led to phase out of public training programs.

Lila Andrea Chaudhuri is the Director Personality Assessments. Lila has overseen recruitments, executive search, compensation surveys, employee assessments etc. For about two decades, she serviced mid-size & large Indian and Multinationals, both in India as well as in other countries in Asian and African subcontinent, for their hiring needs. Her background in recruitments has enabled her to develop keen interest in assessing competencies and behavioural skills of individuals and organisation needs. She has been instrumental in helping organisations in defining job descriptions, competencies and also in finding the right talent for them, especially for niche positions.
Currently she is involved in personality assessments for SMEs, large Indian corporates and MNCs for the purpose of their selection, training, employee development and coaching. Her competencies lie in the area of personality testing, competency assessment and consulting. Specifically, her deep skills of observation, listening into vulnerabilities and values, aspirations and anxieties, competences and concerns of individuals help her not only in career counselling and coaching, but also in finding an appropriate fit with organizational culture and values. Lila Is a graduate from Delhi University, has a master’s degree in commerce and also a masters diploma in personnel management from Symbiosis Institute of Management studies. Besides academic degrees, she has also acquired certification from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA as a recruitment analyst, PDA psychometric assessments from PDA International and Hogan Assessments certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc.

Dr. H N Arora
Dr. H N Arora is organization change specialist. He retired as Group Corporate Head HR & IR, Escorts Group after having held top positions in Bhilwara group, Reliance, Indian Rayon, etc. He has observed from a close range, the management philosophy of founder of Reliance Group, Late Sri Dhirubhai Ambani in action. Dr Arora has helped many MSMEs and large industrial conglomerates in successful change management efforts, including in seemingly hopeless situations. Subsequently, he did his doctorate on change management and leadership under Dr T V Rao.
Even now, Dr Arora continues as an advisor/consultant to many organizations like Cera. He is a keen observer of human collective behaviour, and a strong believer and practitioner of value-based leadership. He has also written a book on it.
Dr. Arora is the senior-most member of the Mantrana Board.

Dr. Singh is a Certified Executive & Life Coach. He is the inspiration behind Mantrana endeavour, along with Dr. Anand Prakash & Yoganand (Raghu) Sinha, besides having mentored hundreds of HR professionals in the country.
Professor (Dr) Anand Prakash
Professor (Dr) Anand Prakash is currently a Professor at the Department of Psychology, University of Delhi. Professor Anand is also past President of National Association of Psychology (NAOP), an apex body of dedicated behavioural scientists and professionals of India. He has wide ranging interests, sweeping across the whole spectrum of human attitude, perception and behaviour. Professor Anand Prakash is a highly sought after management educator, advisor and consultant to a large number of corporate houses, and one of the foremost experts on psychometric test construction in India. He acquired his Ph.D. from University of Allahabad.
