TM members have designed, directed and led thousands of training and management development interventions in virtually all soft skills and HR process areas, customized to specific organization needs and contexts. We also help organizations in not only evaluating the impact but also post-training coaching.
Our programs are designed in consonance with adult learning principles, ASK gaps as articulated by the client and expectations of the participant mix, from veterans to millenials. Besides, we believe that no single organization can provide the most appropriate resources for all needs. So, we also network with other training experts and organizations for flexibility and excellence, in on-site as well as off-site formats. However, conscious of our core competence, we only provide faculty services, not venue, logistics or food, etc. Therefore, we normally do only inhouse programs for organizations, not public programs.
This naturally prevents us from offering training services to individuals.
